Description:
This mutator let's you choose the weapons that players will spawn with.
See below for more details.

Installation:
Unzip files and place them in your UT2003\System directory. If you already have the old version installed just overwrite the files.

Configuration:
When you select the the "Default Weapons" mutator on the mutators tab a button will appear that says "Configure Mutator". Push It!

Server/LAN Setup:
Open up your UT2003.ini file and search for the [Engine.GameEngine] 
section. At the end of this section add the following line (Leave a blank line between the added line and the next section):
ServerPackages=DefaultWeapons

From the command line, execute "ucc mastermd5 *.u" to register
the new package as valid for client download.

Detailed description:
There are a couple of things on the configuration menu that need some explaining:

-Only Available Weapons:
When checked, this will give players only the weapons that normally appear on a level. For example: If, for some reason, a level doesn't have a flak cannon, then you won't spawn with a flak cannon.

-Ion Painter: 
If the ion cannon doesn't exist on a level then you won't get the painter because it is useless.
