File Description

Built inside one of the many craters of the forest moon Besler, the launch pad was a hub to many Federate expeditions into the outer regions until it was decommissioned, having served over 70 years. Liandri were quick to secure tenancy, sending tournament competitors to die at the hands of the pad’s notoriously fast-paced z-axis frag-action.

Kudos to Andrew "useless_fuk" Hunt for 'playtesting' in his own unique style

<<< Play Information >>>

Game: UT2K3 Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch
Single Player: Bots supported

New Music: Kinda... heh ;)
New Sounds: No
New Textures: No
New StaticMeshes: No
NewUnrealScript: No

Known bugs: Runs like an anus on lower spec machines, bots cannot reach Painter and also move poorly on skill levels below 'Adept'. I'm well aware the waterfall is silent... however, the waterfall is large enough to need a LARGE sound. I felt this sound broke atmosphere, and so was cut. Add it in yerself if you want, ya pedantic li'l misfit, you. Or we could all just pretend that this other worldly water has 'magical' soundless properties, huh? There's also nothing behind the waterfall. Ahem.
Recommended players: 8-10

<<< Author's Notes >>>

I spent quite some time lining up the various platforms so that you are able to double-jump/strafe-dodge between many of them - this map is focused on movement. I STRONGLY recommend that you play through the level without bots just to familiarize yourself with your surroundings. Also noteworthy is the map's high learning-curve, as I found that it takes some time to get used to the mostly z-axis action. 'ave fun! :)
