Now this is a good map. Judging from the level of detail, I'd say a lot of love went into this one. Beautifully made with a seriously good effort for detail, a must have!

I have spent a lot of time with lighting, performance tests (anti portals etc), flow/catch points/Blocking volumes. Recessed most decorative custom meshes out of the way of `play`. Lots of connectivity enables a fun match, with a solid consistant atmosphere. Everything was `toned down` from my usual style which actually is an improvement as the whole environment feels a lot more solid (to me at least). Watch out for CTF/DOM versions soon. :) Visit www.realityfakers.tk for more 2k3 map news. ==================================================================== Some tips: A couple of fun areas/things to try as I have found with Bots: Go up the big lift, turn right and head around the walkway and double jump back up on to the platform with the flack. U turn and head through the ambush hole to see your enemy just coming up the lift after you. Lob a secondary flack here... top fun! :)) Use jumps to your advantage, most platforms can be reached if you try and this will speed up your flow around the map. Damage Amp is a lift jump away - see if you can jump up, dodge to get it, fall gracefully through the hole (without touching the platform), land on the floor and 'back up' to collect the Rocket Launcher. :)) If you do - give yourself 5 stars! :) ==================================================================== Copyright / Permissions This level is copyright by Paul 'Sharpfish' Timson ©2003.
