Improved Translocator Cam

This will change the normal binding of your translocator to do several things: -First Tap/Press of the key will switch you from your weapon to your Translocator. -Second Tap/Press will switch you from your translocator back to your best weapon. -Holding down the key while the translocator is selected will switch you to a third person camera, provided you have a beacon placed of course, that has a better field of view and isn't grainy like the default camera view. -Releasing the key will then switch you to your best weapon and returns you to first person view.
