Infected Damarus

Installation- there may be an easier way but so far only way i can find
is to put the .upp file into your Upaint's characters directory then
open up Upaint and then open the Infected_Damarus.upp file after it's
opened goto file then add character to unreal then it's in just use it
like a normal skin (will only work on servers that have the skin but it
will work on instant action)

Side note: it's not very original but i was just messing with Upaint
and it looked cool so i figured other people might like it too
