This is an update to his previously released version of this mutator. Changes are as follows:

Beta 0.7x (Sounds config and under Water bug patch for Beta 0.7)

New Stuff: - Now you can choose between Vehicles Sounds or no vehicles sound in the game rules menu. - Server configuration infos appears in the Ut2003 Browser.

fixed bug: - no more bugs when the driver exit the vehicle under Water (thx to unrealwiki Daid303 for the bug report and solution). - CarPainter can be used with a lot of other mutators now

removed stuff: Minivehicles Instagib (obsolete because now the CarPainter Stay in any mutator)

Many other bugs will be fixed after the release of the new UT2003 patch.

Note: for better netplay performances disable the sounds on dedicated server.

You don't Need to install Mini Vehicles Beta 0.7 or Beta 0.7s before. It's the full package with vehicles sounds include.


--->INSTALLATION<---

You need to install the Patch 2166 to play with Mini Vehicles Beta 0.7x

 unzip : All .uax in your UT2003\Sounds  directory
 unzip : All .u files in your UT2003\system  directory

Add this line in your user.ini [Engine.input] section

H=VehicleHorn
U=Use
E=vehicleView 1
R=vehicleView 0

or to another key

Press H when you are in the vehicles to use the vehicle Horn

To start a server don't forget to add 

ServerPackages=MiniVehicles

under the [Engine.GameEngine] section of your UT2003.ini

Don't forget to open the port 7777 and 7778 if you have a firewall (Windows XP have a firewall by default)

Fixed Stuff:

- Now the mutator/mod work on dedicated server (except if &quot;Vehicles can pickup inventory&quot; is checked) 
- now you don't have to suicide or restart the game when the driver is killed in the vehicle ,   the vehicle is destroyed if that occurs. 
- Car Painter (not attached lightning gun effect removed)
- less tick Errors in Ut2003.log  :)
- the flag or bomb don't stay after a suicide or switchteam
or if you score when you are in a vehicle (Because now you have the Bombing Cars game type) :) 
- Now the Adrenaline Combo work on dedicated server (when you choose one of the new Mini Vehicles game type)

New Stuff:
- New last minute option added: &quot;Vehicles can pickup inventory&quot; in the game rules tab with this option the vehicles can use weapons.
- Vehicles can use weapons power up, Health etc.
- Your Weapons are transfered when you enter or exit the vehicles.
- I added a new special view for that new cool possibilities (bVehicleView 0 and bVehicleView 1).
- Mini Vehicles Instagib Mutator Added (don't work online for the moment)  
- Bombing Cars Mod/GameType (All the vehicles explode when you score) :)
- Mini Vehicles CTF, DM, Team DM, DDOM Game types added (easy to find a server now, Car Painter Combo work on dedicated server)

- the camera view setting on a server can be sent to the client now.

Fixed stuff:
- Bots can't spawn vehicles Now
- I think the vehicle is spawned directly where you draw now

Added:
- not tested at 100% Online but all modified properties are supposed to be sent to all clients (except the camera view).
- Mini Viper Added (New Vehicles. It's an Unreal Warfare's mesh include in CTF-CarPark I have transformed to UT2003 mini vehicle. Thx to Unreal Warfare and Toonces Cat)  
- New Menu with TAB and Background
- 7 new adjustable vehicles properties (SteerTorque, Suspension properties, etc.) 
- Teams Lights
- Vehicle Flag (Bombing Ball color effect when you have the flag or the ball)
- Bombing Run Support (Idunno but I think Epic have changed something in the last patch) DeathBall mod not supported yet ;)
- Vehicle Gibs (Bot Species Gibs)
- Adrenaline Combo (Right, Right, Right, Right to spawn the CarPainter)
- You have 3 options for the vehicle type you want to use in the game.
- Etc.

Removed:
- The Center Of the Mass x and Z removed.
- The tires size removed
- less lightning arcs for the Spawn effect (20 to 8)

Fixed stuff:
- Now the default vehicle properties are adjusted (drivin' feeling is near like the original Bulldog).

Added:
- You can configure Health, Camera view, Stop threshold, Tires Size and Mass, Chassis Mass, Torque Speed, Torque Split and Max Steer Angle properties in the mutators configuration menu.


Alpha unfinished or not definitive stuff:
- not tested Online. (but all clients would have the server configuration setting, except camera view setting)
- The Center Of the Mass x and Z configuration don't work for the moment.
- The tires Karma collision size don't change (you can scale the tires but the karma collision stay to default size) 
- the MiniBulldog mutator is removed for the moment (mutators fusion in progress)
- Another vehicle will be added to the beta 5.

- the distance value of the camera is now positive in the mutators configuration menu

- Now you can set your own camera view in each mutator configuration menu

- The driver lose 25 of health when his vehicle is destroyed

- Default health is 250 (for online play) 

Reported Bugs....

freeze sometime if the vehicle is reversed. (type: Suicide in the console to reset or reconnect)
Sometime the driver die when the vehicle is stopped on a flat surface the &quot;PlayerName left a small crater&quot; message apear.
Use it on Terrain.. (some trouble with other surfaces or staticmeshes)
Don't work with elevator,Jumpad, etc.
Don't use the behindview command with the vehicles, some problems with that.


Work fine with CTF-Lostfaith, CTF-Maul,DOM-Ruination, DOM-SepukkuGorge, DM-TokaraForest, DM-Antalus, etc.
but you cannot go on elevators, walkways (and other static meshes)
