Howto Install "A "Skin to UT 2003 Extract the *.zip file to C:\Program Files\Right Hemisphere\Upaint\Characters\ or wherever your upaint\characters\ folder is Open the *.upp file with Upaint. (Upaint can be found on the 3rd disc of UT2003, in the extras folder) Click File, Add Character into Unreal And your set.
