System Requirements

The GUI just needs the UT2003 Dedicated Server v2225 or higher installed.
You can get it for free at unrealtournament2003.com.

A machine running with Windows XP + SP1 is recommended.
Users of older Windows versions will have to apply a DLL file to their system: Type

regsvr32 {YourGUIpath} \ MSSTDFMT.DLL

into the Windows command line and launch this.

More information about system requirements can be found in the documentation.

This GUI-Setup is Freeware. That means, you can get and use it without any licenses or keys.
