This is the finished map, previously released as DM-SewerStationBeta. I was anticipating this map, as the beta was untextured, but had item placement and bot support in place. Suitable for up to 4 players, I expect to see this map on many TAM servers, including my own. The layout of the map is such that it keeps the player running laps around the catacombs and hallways at all times, constantly hunting down the enemy and striving for pickups! The bot support is scripted and superb, and the bots will pull some very tricky moves on you when set to high difficulty.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Extract the map file ( ut2 extension) from the DM-Gloom.zip archive, and place this in your //UT2004/maps folder.

DESCRIPTION: Set in a dreary, half ruined castle below an overcast and rainy sky. A good mix of catacombs, hallways, arena 	and open ramp areas. Plenty of items to be hoarded... which is entirely the idea!

PLAYERS: 2-4 players, 1on1 being ideal. Also, try a 2on2 team game!

BOTS: Fully scripted and supported. They have a few fancy tricks and jumps on higher settings.

GAMEPLAY: This map is very focused on keeping players moving and running laps, creating a fast pace through the need to hunt down pickups for health, shields, and udamage. Very reminiscent of Quake 3 and the original UT. While a good deal of the map is more closed in than other levels in UT2004, there's a fair share of arena style rooms, as well as tighter flak-friendly passageways. This is definitely NOT a map for campers, at least not when the opposition is smart.

CREDITS: There isn't a great deal of custom artwork in this level, save the necessities (Broken rocks, tiles, planks, torches/sconces/lanterns), and a few water textures/cubemaps. Everything else in this map came packed with UT2004 and the ECE bonus pack.
