I own a Big thanks to Qx9! He helped me out a ton with this skin. The head texture was made by him which was taken from his Qx9 Skin he made a while back for ut2003. He also help me out with the shader to get it all nice and shinny. So THANKS Qx9 this skin wouldn't look as good as it does with out your help!
