Epic games has built a reputation for quality shooters with their Unreal series. For those who prefer human prey over pixilated, Unreal Tournament has been a staple of the competitive shooter set. It comes as no surprise that Unreal Tournament 2007 is one of the most anticipated games at E3. While were not able to get our hands on the game, we did get a nice demonstration. The big change from 2004 to 2007 is that the game has moved to the Unreal 3 engine, and what a move it is. Everything in the game looks fantastic. Overall the video almost looks like pre-rendered sequences, but everything is being rendered in real-time. Specifically, every model has seen a significant increase in polygon count including all of the vehicles and weapons.
