Have you played Starcraft and wished someone would use elements from this game and build a Warcraft 3 map? Then you are in luck, this melee type defence map is something you will definitely want to download! In Art of Defence, you and seven of your closest friends (or seven of your newest friends, as the case may be) will need to defend yourself against wave after wave of enemies; If this were not bad enough, every five levels will see you defending yourself against the fury of a boss(es)! To be victorious, not only must you defeat the last boss, you must do it within a specific amount of time.

Some features that will be found here are: Fixed Dark Slayer and tinker Buffed the Last Boss but no longer has Divine Armor Nerfed bosses before the Last Boss considering the fact that they'll be two (excluding the last) from now on

What is Art of Defense and where did it originated?

It is a melee typed defense map where you and 7 other players (computer compatibility) 
defend against waves of enemies. Every 5 levels there is/are boss(es) and to win the game,
you are required to kill the last boss within 5 minutes of game time.  This game originated 
from Starcraft and I can recall that the game was incredibly difficult to win.  And so,
I've taken the old elements of Starcraft and incorporated into Warcraft 3. 

Note: This is not 100% Melee for I have added/altered items/heroes/stats/etc that you wouldn't
normally see in an AT match or whatnot.

1.18b Changes
- Balanced out Beast Master
- Removed Starting Mines for unused players (forcing players to get the Mines where the creeps are)
- Both sides now get both of the bosses (only if there are players/computers currently playing on their side)
- Fixed Dark Slayer and tinker
- Buffed the Last Boss but no longer has Divine Armor
- Nerfed bosses before the Last Boss considering the fact that they'll be two (excluding the last) from now on
- Fixed Pathing so there won't be any glitches/exploits
- Now TWO WAYS TO LOSE: There will be a countdown at the end of the game and you have that much time to kill the last boss or you lose and/or if you lose ALL your buildings (including your allies), you will lose the game.
- Increased Bounty on the Bosses
- WARNING: You are no longer safe from anywhere. The bosses will SEEK you out so you can run but you can no longer hide.
- With the new ways to lose the game, the starting buildings retain their old HP.
- Buffed Hydas
