Wow. Who ever did this sure did put a lot of work into it. Everything in this map is customized, hence the large file size, which makes this map not good for dial up. The map is modeled off of everything in Tolkien's book The Silmarillion (Explains everything before LOTR) and if you've read the book you'll know what everything is, if not, its still fun to play. Even if youre not a Tolkien fan, download this map anyway and have a look, you will probably like it.
