This mod is for World of Warcraft in BattleGrounds. I you got this mod installed and the Horde or Alliance captures anything it will come a message like this:
"The Alliance General Vanndar Stormpike is under attack" OR "The Horde General Drek'Thar is udner attack" OR "The Horde has been captured, the alliance have scored a point"

Unzip the files to your WoW>Interface>Addons Folder and start up the game. The maker of this is unknown I am afraid of.
