--> Changed the way master target network messages were handled, cause it was sucking pretty badly. When a world boss master target dies, the master target will be cleared as long as any two players in the raid are in range of the death event. This will work for automatically set targets (e.g. Razorgore phase 2) too. Also there will be less repeated messages "blah blah has blah blah'd the master target". (Implementation: the boss' death is an event like shazzrahgate / nothblink)
