After hours of grinding, 500-600g and instancing... I've finally done it.
I fishished the full Sorcerer's Regalia set.
The quest chain is easily the most fun out of any chain I have ever done, especially the bonus bosses. There were 3. I only managed to capture 1, but the best, Lord Valthalak.
Most fun fight I've had in awhile, for sure. I'll be making a bigger video sooner, of all the bonus bosses.
The Staff I got off Valthalak is the coolest looking staff I've ever seen. Valthalak isn't a joke either, I don't see how a 10 man in full blues could kill him. For those who care, he's a quick summary of the fight.
Little Assassins spawn and put a stunning ability on random targets. If left alive for 8 seconds, the Assassin will one shot the person he has targeted, and spawn another. So it's really important to keep them under control.
He does a drain that jumps like Chain heal/Snake Boss and does more and more damage the farther it cleaves. Really important to spread out, because it heals him a pretty decent amount.
Phase 2 40-50%
Lord Valthalak whips out a Shadow Staff and loses a some max HP, so he drops much faster.
The Assassins stop spawning, but Lord Valthalak starts hitting for 1k, Vs. a tank in Full might + Thunderfury.
Phase 3 15%
He pretty much rips Kazzak's "Supreme" ability, but not to such an extreme. So hard DPS is a must at this point.
That's pretty much the fight summarized, it's extremely fun, as is the whole chain.
Server firsts FTW.
