General Conduct

The rule of thumb: act with reasonable respect. You may not post anything that is reasonably considered discriminatory towards other members (i.e. racist, homophobic or sexist remarks);

No extreme content (‘shock’ images, obscene videos, text, pornographic / explicit images, and anything else that the moderators see as extreme or offensive are also not permitted);

Swearing is permitted on these forums, but you must not use excessive swear words or extremely offensive terms in the titles of your threads, or your thread may be renamed without warning.

No Illegal Content / Piracy

You may not use these forums to propagate, conspire or otherwise carry out acts that are illegal in the United States of America, including Copyright Law and Computer Misuse Law (Viruses, Malware etc.), or any other activity that is generally deemed to be against the law, including, but not limited to: Acts of Piracy, Torrents, Illegal file hosting, pirated films, music, games or other media.

No Advertisements, Unsolicited Promotion or Spam

You must not, without prior authorisation from a member of staff, post any kind of advertisement or promotional content in any area of this website, including in posts, threads, private messages or visitor messages, regardless of whether this is for profit or not. Users who register simply to advertise will normally receive a permanent ban swiftly and without warning. There are some exceptions to this rule, however we advise getting clarification from a member of the forum staff before posting;

You may post a link to a personal social media page, blog or YouTube channel in your signature only, as long as it remains within the signature guidelines.

Your Profile

Your signature may comprise of images, text and links to personal social media pages, blogs or YouTube channels, but it must not exceed, in total, a width of 800px and a height of 250px. If your signature exceeds these guidelines, you may be contacted by a member of staff and asked to modify it. Failure to do so may result in a member of staff editing your signature for you.
